Go to nfsa.gov.in.

Download the app.
Login and fill in your details.
Complete the verification process by adding Aadhaar number.
Offline Process
People who cannot use the online process can go to their nearest ration dealer and get e-KYC done offline.
The offline process is as follows:-
Go to the nearest ration dealer shop.
Take your ration card and Aadhaar card.
Do OTP or biometric verification through mobile number linked with Aadhaar card.
The ration dealer will complete your e-KYC process.
